As a specialist litigator David Joined Liddell Weeber & Van Der Merwe in 2008 and was admitted as a Practising Attorney.

Joseph Weeber
Joe has a B.Comm and LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand.
After completing his articles in Polokwane and Johannesburg he was admitted as a practising Attorney in 1983. Joe was the first Attorney in South Africa to gain rights of appearance in the Supreme Court of South Africa.
In 1992 he relocated from Johannesburg to Cape Town. In 1996 his firm Weeber Attorneys had Merged with Reuben Liddell Attorneys which later became known as Liddell Weeber & Van Der Merwe Attorneys. Joe Specializes in High Court Litigation.
Leon Van Der Merwe
Leon graduated with a LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch and also has a B Tech Degree in food science.
He completed his articles at Liddell Weeber and subsequently became a partner in 2006 when the firm became known as Liddell Weeber & Van Der Merwe.
Leon has dealt with countless high profile cases.
Leon Specializes in Regional Court Litigation and opposed Bail Applications.
Niel Slabber
Niel obtained his LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch. Niel also obtained a Diploma in advanced Litigation from the University of Cape Town.
Niel has rights of appearance in the High Court. Niel completed his articles at the Legal Aid Board in 2011 and then joined a civil litigation law firm where he mainly focused on Criminal Law. Niel Joined Liddell Weeber & Van der Merwe Attorneys in 2013. Niel Is a seasoned Litigator with a sub speciality in dealing with opposed bail applications.
Chad Levendal
Chad Levendal obtained his LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape. He is currently completing his Masters degree in law
Chad is experienced in trials and opposed bail applications.
He also deals with legal research and makes representations to the public prosecutions director.
Naude Wessels
Naude obtained his LLB degree from the university of the western Cape.
Naude comes from three generations of Legal practitioners. He dedicates himself to the needs of the client and understanding the analytics of each case. Naude has build extensive relationships with prosecutors and detectives and is also part of the after hours bail team.
Robynn Hendriks
Robynn obtained a Bcom LLB Degree from the University of The Western Cape.
She is a Seasoned Litigator dealing with High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation. She deals with various aspects of Criminal Litigation including Bail appeals and trails. She also deals with urgent interdicts in the High Court and opposed motions including unlawful search and Seizure.
